DUNCAN COOP SIGNS FOR BEDFORD

Just hours after Bedford sacked manager Dick Williams, they could announce Duncan Coop as his successor.
Coop was a player in Bedford for 7 seasons (2006-2013) before he retired to be a U19-coach at the club. In 2016 he became manager for Everilla, where he also had a history as player in the early 2000. As an Everilla-player he won the league title twice, and as a Bedford-player he won the league cup. He also succeeded to bring Everilla from division 3 to division 1 in four seasons, as well as winning the Trophy cup in his manager career.
There’s no doubt Bedford couldn’t find a better man for the position.
