MANAGERS ON THE MOVE
As the season has come to an end, many clubs find their managers effort not satisfying and choose to change things drastically.
DIVISION 1
Blackwell City manager Carlos Costanoc is fired!
He was hired back in 2016 but did not manage to follow up his success from Real Diablo in Spain. “He’s had enough chances. We’ll put him on a plane back to Spain”, was the comment from director Heivil Terrorsson.
Dedham County manager Ian Redknapp is fired!
He came to the club in 2008 and have won both FA cup and League cup with the club. But the later years has brought the club down the table, and this year’s relegation was the final drop.
Bedford Athletic manager Dick Williams is fired!
This season’s result has been a totally shock to everyone. Williams has been in charge since 2013, and led the club from fighting against relegation, to be a top six club for the last 5 seasons. He even won the FA cup with the club. But no managers can survive ending last with only 6 games won!
Albion Rovers manager Adrian Eastender is fired!
He was hired back in 2014 to bring the team up from division 2, which he succeeded. And the following seasons he brought home a 3rd and a 2nd place in the league and brought European football to Spacefield. But the last seasons the club has been no more than a boring mid-table nobody. So now director Nanny Handsome has found the time for changes.
DIVISION 2
Oxham Rovers manager Felipe Petite is fired!
Hired directly from Eifel Paris in 2016 to bring the team up. Though he failed, director Henry Whoreson had a lot of patience with the French manager. But with their relegation to division 3 this season, the patience suddenly disappeared.
Barton Villa manager Tim Williams is fired!
He came from Livernal in 2020 where he had won the Trophy cup. But had no success here and was not able to keep the club away from relegation.
Downtown Rovers manager Carl Lender is fired!
Hired since 2009 he has nothing to show for, and with this season’s relegation he had to be sacked.
Foxham manager Pat Fillings is fired!
Filling has been a loyal member of the club since 2006, but director Federico Pesetas has decided it’s time with a change and to bring in someone who can take the club to some trophies.
DIVISION 3
Weston Palace manager Enrique Finites is fired!
He nearly managed to promote Palace in his first season 19/20. But the last two season the club has been struggling at the bottom-half of the table. They need changes to find back to their glory days.
Stonecastle manager Helmut Hartmaier is fired!
Ha was hired in 2019 to take the club upwards in the division system, but has failed spectacularly. This season 20th place in division 3 is historical low for the club.
RIPPER LEAGUE
Westhampton manager Robert Payne is fired!
Ha was hired in 2009 after the club was relegated to division 3. Since then, Westhampton has not been able to turn things around. Payne won the Trophy cup for the club and was rewarded with patience despite their regulation to Ripper League. But as the club now struggle at the bottom of Ripper League, the patience is gone.
