RIMCHESTER ENTERS LEAGUE CUP QUARTER FINAL

The Rimmers were celebrating in style after they reached the League Cup quarter final tonight.
The 3rd division side have never gone this far in any competition since they saw the light of day in 1993, and the fans have not been spoiled with good results from their team.

Manager Steve Cockley started his career at the Rimmers in 2010 in part-time league. He managed to bring the club into Ripper League (League 8) in 2012, but relegated back to the part-time system in 2015.
Luckily the club was once again brought into Ripper League when RFA expanded the division in 2017. And last season they managed to win the Ripper League and became a 3rd division side.
But at the moment they find themselves at the very last position in the table, and it could be likely that they will drop back into Ripper League when the season ends.

This club really needs a moment of glory…….
They will face Claysen United in the quarter final…..
